Sherry at Transatlantic diesel said that the "2R" indicates a 2 :1 ratio for the HBW10. She did admit that some older ones have a different ratio. Also said the max optimum temp for the hbw10 is 160c and they sell the oil cooler kits for $178.
I hope shes right I just placed an order for a featherstream 17" prop from the UK! I'll be back at the boat next week and will crank over by hand to make sure of the ratio. Straight 2:1 will be easy to spot. Need to rotate it to adjust the valves anyway.
