Starboard Cap Shroud Chainplate re-installed
Backing plate for port cap shroud chain plate re-installed
Cleaned and sanded deck under chain plate fittings.
Old brown sealant under chain plate fittings on deck is indicative of failed sealant
Starboard Cap Shroud Chainplate re-installed
3 coats of zinc chromate primer on backing plate
Residue left from salt water intrusion on from port cap shroud chain plate
Cleaned corrosion on port cap shroud backing plate

After painting the surrounding bulkhead and over head white we re-installed the chain plates with new fasteners.
