Bonnie and I just returned from a three week cruise from our home port in Glen Cove, NY out East to Nantucket Island and points in between. While in Nantucket we had the pleasure of meeting Dave and Kristen Buckley aboard their Morgan 38 "Sayonara". The young couple are living on the boat while working the summer as Captains on other vessels. Dave is a graduate of the Landing School in Maine and in five minutes on board my "Dana", gave me two great ideas to improve storage. On our way back West, we ended up two moorings away from "Vixen" in Hadley's Harbor on Naushon Island. Bonnie and I kayaked over to meet Dick and Judy Kilroy and to spend a nice afternoon with them. I have shared ideas with Dick for many years here on the Board and it was a pleasure to finally meet him and Judy in person. One of the joys we get from cruising on our boat is meeting new friends. Thanks to this Board and our Morgan 38 we now have that many more friends.
