Yanmar 3QM30F Parts

Just wondering if anyone has a line on a Yanmar 3QM30F exhaust manifold, either new or a good used one? Mine has finally given up the ghost, causing overheating. Live in Pacific Northwest, but will ship from anywhere!!

in Chestertown Maryland-- he sold me parts to replace my cooling water exhaust riser with an aluminum casting inverted U and a special stainless steel adapter and a new pipe fitting for the rear of the manifold. Also says you need to buy the rear end plate of the manifold because the threads will be corroded. We talked about a whole new manifold which I did not need but there is some history on the M382 forum website that will take you to MacBoring in New Jersey. Or, go to

Randy knows how to get this part too if it can be had, but plan on a big bill.

I took my manifold off and rodded it out and generally could not find anything wrong. Randy said most often it's the riser that screws things up, and after that the heat exchnager. I got a new one of those too from Sen-Dure.(good deal, $270)
