Rudder post bushing

I have a 1983 M384 and have noticed about 1/2 inch of play in the rudder post in the top bushing if the wheel is turned quickly.Does anyone know what type of bushing is used and how big a job it is to replace?

 
The vertical play in the rudder post is limited by the goudgeon mounted in the skeg. xanadu is a 1984 384 she has 4 delrin washers on top of the rudder where it enters the hull, and one on top and one on bottom of the goudgeon where it goes around the rudder post.
