I have a few suggestions. Rig-Rite (gulp) might have one if you can deal with dealing with them. They have a very bad reputation. Garhauer does custom work and you could probably send them one to duplicate. Or, have a local fabrication shop make one.
Thank you Warren. I believe I found the part on rig-rite’s website. Going to confirm measurements before giving them a call.
Hopefully I’ll have better luck than some of you have had with them
When I tried to deal with Rig-Rong, I had no luck at all. And that is the nice way to say it.
Garhauer on the other hand is just the opposite. And they do custom quality work, and very helpful. They may even have what you need already.

Well I think I got lucky with rig-rite. No luck with the outhaul car but I was able to get mine straightened out enough that it slides smooth again. Of course it might not last long…. I was able to get the parts need for the boom end fittings. So I’ll take that as a win.
Jim, have you been able to find a replacement car? Rig-rite said they didn’t have the exact replacement but did have some other styles that would fit the track.
I am loathe to even try to contact Rig-rite. I spoke to Mark at Garhauer. He said they don't have a part that would replace the outhaul car, but if I sent him a photo the car hey will see if they can make a substitute. I just brought the lower piece home today so I will take the photos and send them off this weekend. At the moment I have a jury rig in place of the car and it is working fairly well.
I'd like to know more about what you did on the gooseneck end. I might like that much better than the stock setup which needs replacing like yours did.
I replaced the outhaul with dynema. Much better than wire rope.
Warren
That is just what I did for my jury rig. I lashed down the clew ring with line. If there is no new fitting on the horizon, I'll have a dynema strop made.
Warren,
I bought this kit from rig-rite to replace the parts in the gooseneck. I reused the center sheave for the outhaul line. But this replaced the other two sheaves and cams. Seemed a little pricey but what isn’t on boats.
