M384 Electrical Terminals

<div>I recently had one of my circuit breakers trip because the
connection at the terminal connector, located under the
navigation table, became loose. This caused heat to developed
at the connection, melt the insulation, short the circuit and
ruin the terminal connector. When I checked, all the connections
were loose on this terminal. Does anyone know the manufacture of these terminal
blocks? They are white, and have screws which captures the wire
end and were used for both AC and DC circuits. As a postmortem, I advise everyone to check that these
connections stay clean and tight.Jay

Jay,
Last summer I replaced the main panel and completely rewired behind the panel on my M382. I removed all of the connectors you described and carefully placed them in my storage -- somewhere. I went with another system, so these are spares for whomever needs them. Let me know if you can't get new ones and I'll send you some of my used ones.
Regards,
Jim

<div>Thanks Jim. I also plan on rewiring the panal but for now just want to get so heat back on board. I hope that I can patch this terminal up until I can devote enough time to do a respectable job.Jay

Are you referring to the terminal strip inside the chart table? If so, you can replace it with strips of different lengths or simply create a smaller one that is toasted.
