John, I just stumbled across your photos of the AquaDrive system. I had contemplated that, but thought I would have to glass a bulkhead in. It appears you bolted yours to the engine bedlogs How did you make sure it was solid and would not shift around? Can't quite tell from the photos. And how much did you have to spend? I know it was some time ago. Thanks,
 
Where do I start?
Anchors in the engine bed? I used a 1” hole saw down about 3 inches.
Inserted 3/8x16x4” stainless steel HCMS upside down and filled it with epoxy (x3) for each bulkhead. I did the same for the engine mounts. I added mounts to the rear of the engine to make a total of 6. The mounts are Vetus liquid filled which allowed the Yanmar to do its thing but 4 could not support the weight. I had to move the engine forward, modify the engine cover to make a box and cut down the companionway treads to make it fit
I did this while at anchor in the Delta.
