Interior window frames

<div>I replaced the large windows on my CM 38 with plastic that I
attached to the outside of the hull. When I did this job I
threw away the interior frames. Big mistake. I have not been
able to "build" anything that looks good inside. I should have
saved the interior frames and used them. I have been in
contact with Sally Morgan on Morgan-list@sailnet.com and
she told me that 30 year sources have dried up and she has no
ideas. She said that interior frames for the CM 41 are the same
frames.
Does anyone have any frames laying around? Does anyone have any
ideas?
By the way, check out the site Morgan-list@sailnet.com .
Morgan owners of all sizes (boat sizes not owner sizes) hang
out there and a lot of info. is available. This is just another
source for contact with Morgan owners. Sally Morgan hangs out
there also. She is a great source of info. about our boats.
Contact me here about the window frames or at my e-mail
MorganSloop@aol.com . Any ideas are welcome.Capt Robert E

CAPT. ROBERT ENGLE,
JUST A THOUGHT RE THE WINDOWS. THE EASTERN SEABOARD HAS BEE RAVASHED OVER THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS WITH VIOLENT WEATHER AND HAS LEFT IN IT'S WAKE SOME FATALITY DAMAGED BOATS SEEN WASHED UP ON SHORE, SUNK AND TORN APART. WOULD THINK THAT MOST ARE STILL ABOUT LIN THE AREA OF DAMAGE, FROM THE CAROLINAS, SOUTH. A SOUTHEASTERN CONTACT MAY HAVE OR KNOW WHO HAS THE WINDOW YOUR'RE LOOKING FOR.
MANY OF THE MORGANS CAME BACK THIS WAY FROM THE ISLANDS AS CHARTERS, AND NEVER LEFT THE AREA.
FAIR WINDS AND GOOD HUNTING
TERRY QUINN
