This is Paul Foer from Edgewater/Galesville MD. I've been on the site a bit here and there as I continue to restore my 1980 Morgan 382--number 234. I am operating "Non Sea Quitter" for daysail and sightseeing charters out of Galesville on West River. In addition to major refitting and upgrade work (including...re-rigging, pulling the mast, removing and inspecting and rebedding all chainplates, adding solar vents, new Mainsail, new motormounts, cutless and prop and shaft and engine room insulation, water heater, inverter, batteries, wiring...and soon a rebuilt or new transmission and figuring a propane tank system. I also have extra gear for accommodating up to six guests in accordance with USCG guidance on uninspected passenger vessels.

My boat was formerly known as Galewynd. I may be the third or fourth owner.

Anyhow, I have two websites that may be of interest. www.foerfront.com is my site for boating consulting, training, deliveries etc and www.nonseaquitter.com is the charter site for my boat. If you'd like to meet or visit, or are going to be in the Annapolis/Galesville area, please let me know. If you know of anyone who is interested in a captained charter, please refer them to me and I shall be most appreciative. My colleague, a retired physicist/engineer has been of immense help with electrical and technical issues. If you are in need of electrical or technical assistance from a guy who no knows the 382 quite well, let me know. Thanks!

Welcome, Paul! I believe you and I spoke on the phone back when you first bought your boat. Didn't Steve Madden do some work for you? Good luck on the charters!
