the raw water cooling system. We have cleaned all the lines
several times; had the heat exchanger ultrasonically cleaned;
just had a complete engine overhaul and alas after approximately
25 hours of engine time the gremlin reared its ugly overheating
head again. This has been one of those wonderful intermittent
problems. I am suspecting there must be a design flaw in the
plumbing that is somehow creating a "vapor lock" for lack of a
better explanation. Any ideas out there?
