Cabin top hand rails

<div>Does anyone know if the exterior hand rails along the cabin top
are typically thru bolted on the 383? Taking down the headliner
just to check would be a pain.Thanks.

on my 382, they are just screwed to the cabin top. I intend to thru-bolt them as a winter project--which will require some extra work in the head, because of the head molding. And, of course, working behind the vinyl headliner is no fun either.
