That is a MAJOR project!!!!! Good luck. Do you have a timeframe for the project? Are you close to where the boat is?

After cleanup I hope to have the bulkhead glassed in this weekend. The insert was really easy to remove once the chain plate and electrical were disconnected. I'm thinking about framing in an access panel to air in future work in the head plumbing area. I hope to have the bulkhead and sole replaced by March. The boat is at my house.
 
I cannot see the IGU and its attachment in the photos. Would you be willing to post some more once things are cleaned up and the IGU can be seen more clearly? And what do you mean by "the insert"? Thanks and good luck.
 
Adam, while you have great access to all the thru- hulls under the bathroom sink now would be the time to reseal/ replace/ thru-hulls and valves. Rick

I see you are from Denham Springs. Where is your boat? My Morgan is in Mandeville.
