The 3QM30 raw water pump does not exist anymore. A couple of years ago I searched all over the US and Japan for a replacement. Even if you could find one, the cost would cause you to change your skivvies. What you can do is find the salt water pump seals, Yanmar part # 145410-46080, they should still be available. It's fairly easy to do the replacement. The pump, which is driven off the cam shaft, leaks because of wear on the pump shaft. New seals stop the leaks for a while. I've redone the seals twice now and it's holding. Speaking to a machinist about the problem, he said to bring him the pump when the seals no longer work. He can make a new pump shaft. Another option would be an after market belt driven pump mounted on or near the front of the engine. On the 3QM30 the raw water pump is the same for both fresh water and salt water cooled versions. At one point I was going to buy his old engine just for spare parts.
Hope this will be of some help to you.
