I have a 384 with "Hyde Stream Stay" roller furling. Since this
equipment is described in my Morgan owners manual, I suspect
that this was installed in more than one boat. I was told by
several knowlegeable individuals the the company had gone out of
business and parts were no longer available. While thumbing
through a sailboat buyers guide (looking for someone to sell me
a new head sail furling system) I came across the listing
"Stream Stay". I contacted the company and much to my delight,
found that they had taken over the company, or at least the
parts department. They have a retrofit for the flimsy cowling
and lead eye which was junk, as well as many other parts.
Spenser, the owner can be contacted by phone at (516) 351-1545,
or by E-mail at "info@streamstay.com". He has been a great help
to me.
