Sailing last weekend

Our summers in Louisiana are so hot we rarely go sailing during the middle of the day. I typically wait until 5:00 PM or later and sail until sunset. Here is a photo of us sailing last weekend.

I haven't seen the big one in a few weeks but there are plenty of small ones hanging around.
I heard there was a manatee in the bayou near the marina yesterday but I never saw it.

Your lake is fresh water, right? Manatees like to hang out in brackish water. They are fun to watch.

The lake is brackish. My bayou is pretty fresh. The south end of the lake is salty.
