provided regarding how we should finance the M38 newsletter.
Most all respondents wanted to send $10 to me to cover the
expense of the newsletter. Two members have already sent me $10.

something out before March 2000. However, I still need articles
(I only have one so far) so please do not hesitate to send those
to the same address. If I don't receive any, I will send a short
newsletter to insure that everyone is clear on how the newsletter
will operate in the future and to inform everyone on how much
money was generated to publish the letter. The next newsletter
will be sent by both snail and email to test how well the
electronic format works. I am also going to send this message
to everyone that has a listed email once I have had a chance to
setup a mailing directory on my email.--Jay--
