I am in favor of having a optional dues, and don't mind if some don't chose to pay. Ten dollars may not be enough. The problem with electronic news letters is that often it seems they are written in one word processing application that may not be used by many people. This has happened to me a few times recently, even when the person is using Micro soft word which I do. The versions are not compatible. Maybe if I were more computer literate I might be able to figure out how to get them in readable form. I also would know how to write this so it wasn't bold.
