So a neighbor and i ( separate boats )went for a 2 week trip from Tarpon Springs fl to Ft Myers Beach ( it was pirate week there) the whole town dresses up as pirates and proceeds go to children in need of Lee county .
Food , pirate bands , fiddlers ! Pizza , home made ice cream.
70 some mooring balls @ 15 bucks a day ! Great fun beach town.
On the way down we stopped at the Long Boat Key Club Marina , Crows Nest in Venice , anchor in Boca Grand . Wind was so so , always on the nose or not strong enough to sail .
But on the way back was perfect for Sailing ! Wind Rose sure loves her sails. !!
Looks like i have a leaky water pump gasket . I have a blue Globe water pump impeller and a spare just in case. ! A bilge pump jammed , but all in all i got home in one piece !
