Just an FYI for anyone who finds this thread in the future if Jim is no longer in the business, Garhauer made a set for me in aluminum with a bronze bushing for a very reasonable price. I've attached the drawings I sent them, they work great.

I have 4 flexible Sunpower 170s panels on my bimini. They're attached with zippers. I've had great luck with them so far. They're a little cumbersome to put on or take off, but once they're on they work great.

Can you see where the water is coming from when the engine is running? My guess is the seal at the back of the impeller housing as well (as suggested by Ken and Rick above). I just put a new seal in my pump last week. It's not hard, but it's easy to mess up a seal if you haven't done it before...
