I find that Pick up tube can be removed from the top of the tank it has 5/8 NPT thread in the cover plate. Line was clogged.
I add second pick up line which I will use for fuel polishing.

This is a real long shot, but I will toss it in the mix. A friends boat, a 1993 Compac 33, had similar symptoms. His tank pick-up tube had a screen at the bottom end, installed by the builder. It would slowly clog up and the engine would starve after running for six hours or so...
Stephen, sorry for slow response. My fuel filters and pump are under sink on the wall facing nav station. Pump should be located as low as possible. Fuel flows from the tank thru the fuel filter, Facet pump to the Beta fuel Pump. I also have vacuum gauge between filter and Facet pump to monitor...
My 2 yeas experience with Beta 38 :
Use their high rise elbow, you can not go higher, top of the elbow is about 2" below cockpit floor. No issues on Gulf Stream along East coast and Bahamas.
Replace zinc and see water rubber prop every year, beta rubber had crack after 2 years.
Use buster fuel...
Warren, I have pinhole in main next to drain. I patch it from the outside with 5200 and It works. I may look for new sink as well.
If you find good source let me know. I prefer dimensions close to existing sink, don't wan't to do to much adjustments.
I did Formica on my previous boat and It was...
I have Morgan 384. I found leak on my front water tank (tank is under v-berth). Probably it has crack on the top.
To get to the tank I have to remove plywood on the top of the tank. I'm planning to cut it few inches from the edges and remove it to get to the top of the tank. Did anybody had...
2 years ago I dump my broken Pekins block in marina dumpster. I offer here engine and some accessories here, nobody wonted.
Consignment took alternator, they are packet with parts. maybe i get back 0.5 BU. This was in Newport RI
I re power last year with Beta 38 with TMC60 gear ratio 2.5. I have original 16X11 prop. Right now I have 250 hrs on engine. My fuel setup: f tank, shut off valve, fuel filter, electric pump, engine fuel pump, engine f. filter, engine. My f filter and pump are in the kitchen cabinet. I'm using...
Anybody interested to sail from NY to Norfolk/Annpolis. If weather permits we can make for the show. I will be leaving NY next week after hurricane.
Yurek
Will somebody be sailing over there? I live full time on my boat, I will be sailing south for winter. I can stop for boat show to meet fellow Morganers. Right now I'm in Newport RI. Another question is where to stay, I prefer anchor, Annapolis will be pack during show. Did anybody was on the...
Question for Max Prop users:
As some of us write on another thread, Morgan has problem to go in reverse.
I try many tricks that are recommended, and boat barely moves.
I re-power my boat with Beta 38, now thinking to change original prop to Max Prop.
I will probably get more speed but I hope...
