So I got my engine running -
I was scratching my head on this one - why would the engine have 2 dipsticks ? I took couple pics and attached it. If any one has input I would appreciate it.
The Perkins has two dipstick holes, one on each side. I assume so one can choose the most convenient. Most engines just have one dipstick and the extra hole has plug bolted over it. One of our members uses it to drain his AirStep filter into.
