I think flexible solar panels are typically less productive or more expensive than hard. Check out E Marine. They were good to deal with, competitively price, and they know their stuff.
Renogy makes kits with panel, charger and connections. I have a 100w system on my small boat and its awesome. A good friend of mine has a solar business here in the Eastern Sierra and I went on his recommendation and have been happy. Good luck
Flexible solar panels have a short lifespan. Cheap solar panel controllers tend to have RFI issues (interference with onboard recievers). Depending on your intended use you should be aware of these things before making your decision.
Renogy makes quality panels. The only MPPT panel controller that have FCC part B certification (RFI emmisions) is the Morningstar. They are not cheap.
