Shower plumbing leak

Good day all,

I kept hearing my water pump reprime over the last year and couldn't track down where the leak was.
Last night it got more frequent and I was actually able to track it down and it's started to leak more. It's coming from behind the shower.

I took the access panel off at the bottom but that doesn't really give me access to anything. I'm just wondering how to get to that plumbing. My guess is it's leaking from one of the fittings near the shower handles or a bit lower and might need to be retightened with Teflon?

Before I take everything apart, my best guess is taking the shower handles (cold and hot water fixture handles) will be my best guess to access it? Or will that not help me. Has anyone ran into that issue and how did you get to it ?

I was not able to reach well enough to replace the faucet when I wanted to do so. Fortunately it wasn't leaking underneath, so I bought some washers and o-rings to rebuild the top side.

You will not be able to reach a bottom side leak from removing the handles. You could fix a drip if it won't turn off all the way. The bottom side leak is probably the pipe connection to the faucet. Replacement nuts, washers, and compression pieces are available, but you will probably need to cut a bigger or new hole to get to them.

What kind of access does that give you to the actual hose running behind the toilet bulkhead?
I went in there with a flexible camera this morning and it doesn't seem to be the fixture leaking. I actually got my fingers on where the leak is coming from and it seems to be a tiny little hole in the pipe itself where it is secured to the bulkhead by what seem to be somekind of zapstrap.
I'm wondering if I was to cut an access hole like yours, if you have enough space to change that hose from there ?

Three more photos. #7 is a Beckson water proof hatch behind the Head, that is a large space behind there. #8 is another hatch under the seat in the shower. There is a lot of space there but it could be damp from the shower hose. #9 is a larger Beckson hatch that replaces the wooden door below the head sink. It is larger then the original door which gives better access to all the plumbing in there. When we relocated our holding tank to the V-bunk, these hatches gave us great access to run the two 1 1/2" hoses to the tank.
