Well, after much deliberation, my wife and I have decided to put our Morgan up for sale. It's been a great deal of pleasure and enjoyment for the nearly 8 years we've owned it but we are just not able to use it enough with other issues we're dealing with; if anyone is interested in it, please send me a PM. The boat is in Palmetto, Florida which is in the Tampa Bay Area and it is not yet with a broker but I will be working on that in the next week or so. It has the following equipment:
- Dometic 15,000 BTU A/C & Heat combo installed new in 2013,
-Vertical electric windlass in 2019,
-NFM Ports in 2016,
-Stack Pack and Lazy Jacks in 2014,
-Bimini, Dodger & frame all new in 2016,
-Smart Charger for batteries,
-engine is Perkins 4-108,
-CPT wheel Autopilot new in 2016,
-Garmin 741 touchscreen GPS at helm new in 2018
-Northsail Main new in 2013 with 1 spare main in excellent condition,
-serviceable roller furling large jib and good to excellent condition 125 jib
-Garhauer rigid boom vang new in 2015
I have kept detailed maintenance logs on a multi-tab spreadsheet since I have owned it.
