My understanding, and my browse of past posts, suggests that the following ad is acceptable within this forum. Please inform me if I am mistaken...
Our beloved Perkins 4.108 has seen the last of our Morgan 38. So,
For Sale: Perkins 4.108. $1200.
I have purchased a new engine just after rebuilding the following items on our Perkins 4.108:
a) rebuilt injector pump,
b) rebuilt injectors,
c) rebuilt alternator (90 amp), and
d) rebuilt raw water pump.
Each of these parts have less than 35 hours on them. Following the parts rebuilds, the engine developed a "clunky" sound at low RPM. It is unclear as to the source of this sound, but it does suggests the engine is possibly due for a full rebuild. You may be interested in the engine for parts or a rebuild.
The engine is sitting at Cape Canaveral, Florida. Photos and a movie of the Perkins 4.108 running are available at:

Please note that in the movie it is running at 2400 RPM in the video. It sounds great at this RPM, but doesn't sound nearly as good at other RPMs. I would be pleased to answer any questions.
Also note that the SeaFrost compressor is not included. I hope this is of service to someone in need of a Perkins 4.108 for parts or rebuild.
