Opinion of '69 Morgan 34

I realize that this is a Morgan 38 site, but,,,all you Morgan lovers, I am considering the purchase of a 1969 Morgan 34 and, not being too familiar with the maker, was wondering if any of you could offer advise on her general pluses and minuses. Have been sailing a Cape Dory 25 for the past 5 years and want to move up. The boat in question seems to be in very good condition. I have seen a recent survey report and all seems to be in good order. Was just wondering in regards to any inherent strengths/weeknesses. Also, any idea of a reasonable price for the size and model. ANY help appreciated. Thanks.
 
Their are a number of 34's in my sailing area. They sail like a dream in all conditions I have seen ( light to 30 knots). Problem areas: Check the mast step for deteriation and the base of the mast for corrosion.
