What is the plastic panel for your engine controls? Looks like HDPE -- like a cutting board?
I am also very impressed with your circuit breaker panel. This is cool, I have not seen that kind before.

That is haircell abs plastic (6x15x1/4”). Easily machined and can be done on a CNC easily(but I didn’t). The switch panel is BlueSea Weather Deck switches. I replaced the top and bottom switches; top is windlass up down (on)-off-(on),instr lights, bilge(secondary), autopilot, cabin lights,the bottom is cold start off-(on). It worked out well.

Excellent! I see it on Amazon too. I was thinking some kind of plywood, but despaired at adding to my maintenance load.

1/4" Starboard works very well too.

I was at the boat today. Here is a photo of the engine instrument panel mounted on 1/4" Starboard. Very easy to work.

What I like about the black hairline ABS is you can get black screw covers that help keep it secure and clean looking.
