Looks like a hand crank for an old motor (possibly a Volvo) or maybe for a manual windlass

Do the pins fit your deck fuel fill cap? I can't tell from the photo what the overall size is.

OOPS! I should have changed my signature as I no longer own Emanon but I still follow the BB for old times sake.

I believe you have a hand crank for the Yanmar 3QM30 engine. If you still have that engine you can easily see where it fits. That handcrank for the engine that never would’ve worked because you would’ve killed your hands on the wood structure next to the stairs. If that’s your engine you should be able to see where it fits. Don’t use it
