Anybody have plans or pictures of a full boat cover that is easy to take on and off? I just spent an ungodly number of hours refinishing the brightwork and hoping to postpone having to do that ever again.
I will try to post a picture soon. I don't believe there is a full cover that is easy to put on and take off. Mine, recently purchased from moderator and nice guy Mark, comes in 3 big pieces and has innumerable zippers and snaps, plus weights to hold the sides down. I also have to perch my whisker pole between the mast and pulpit and run some lines from the boom to the lifelines to prevent water from pooling in certain places. An hour's job to get on, and probably less to remove. some creative canvas expert might have a different design, but this is pretty standard.
The Hinckley guys have snap on canvas covers made to cover their 8 coats of badger brushed on Capt's varnished brightwork. A lot easier to handle than a full cover.
You might get mold to grow in humid FLA under a cover. I did on my powerboat FWIW.
