After seven busy and successful seasons of restoring and running passenger tours on Non Sea Quitter I am now hoping to sell her to a new owner so we both can start a new phase in our lives. I am just pulling together photos and a complete description, so for now a few photos and a brief writeup will have to suffice. Do this quickly before winter sets in and I get set up with a broker, but for now she may be seen--and sailed at Back Creek Annapolis. The asking price is $49,500. The charter/tour business is also for sale. Go sailing and get paid! Inquiries welcome Paul 443 852 2163

She is in sail-away condition and is available for a aea trial as part of the legitimate sales process. If you wish, you may charter here for a sail and if you purchase her, that fee will be refunded. Non Sea Quitter is a captain-maintained 1980 Morgan 382, recently surveyed and with previous surveys done over the decades. All the really big, complicated and major work has been done. Among the many refurbishments and upgrades too numerous to mention here are:

2015-complete rerigging, spar repair, wiring and r inspection/rebedding of all chainplates
new motor mounts, shaft, cutlass bearing and propeller
wiring upgrades, new water heater, interior and enclosed spaces recoated
Raymarine wind/sail/speed/depth/log

And in the last few years:
cabin sole re-varnished
replaced all opening sidelight portlights
new battery charger and batteries
installed and portable manual and electric bilge pumps20180517_125314 (1).jpg20180517_132604.jpgvmacocss05_1269602394251-1-IMG_1605 (2).jpg20200417_110918.jpg20180517_125314 (1).jpg20180517_132604.jpgvmacocss05_1269602394251-1-IMG_1605 (2).jpg20200417_110918.jpg

Hello from Annapolis. The asking price for Non Sea Quitter has been reduced to $35k. I started higher than I had thought was appropriate, based on advice from the broker, who has not been able to bring anyone by to see my boat yet, so after a couple of months I thought it was wise to lower the price. All the big, heavy and expensive things have been done. Everything else is cosmetic. I believe it is a great opportunity--and if you want to get started in the sailing tour business, we can talk about that too. She is in the water in Annapolis until November 29 and then will be hauled out for the winter. THANK YOU.
