Jim,
I just don’t get to the boat like I used to. We used to go for 20 to 30 day sails a year but I have only taken it out once in the last year.
It is perfect for someone wanting a completely finished M38 with the new engine, new reverse cycle air conditioner, great sails, spade anchor, etc.

Wow. You have a great & super well maintained boat. I choose not to think about how we paid more for Zia then how much we put into those improvements you’ve done.

This is a great deal for someone.

And we will miss you around here.

However as financially irrational as boat ownership is, it is truly bonkers crazy if you don’t get to use the boat very much. We salute your rationale on that one.

Tom, I never got around to sailing with you Tom, and hate to see you sell your boat before I get a chance to at least see it. I need to pick up my mainsail from David at West Wind which is near your so when I do, I will give you a call. Hopefully you will still have it for me to see it.

John,
I’m not in a rush to get rid of it. I have only notified this forum that it is for sale. Let me know when you are in Mandeville.

Will do Tom, I won't let many weekend go by. The next two weekends I am committed but perhaps a Friday after that. In any event, I will give you a call. I still have your number in my phone. thanks much

My boat sold today. It will stay on Lake Pontchartrain but will cross the lake to the south shore.
I have certainly enjoyed this forum for the past 10 years. You guys have taught me a great deal. I will stop by from time to time to check in.
Happy sailing

Hey Tommy - congrats on the sale! Thanks for being an active member of the forum and hopefully we'll see ya around!
Cheers,
-Mark

Thanks Mark. This was a great forum as an owner of a M38. I will check in from time to time. Thanks for all you have done to maintain a network for owners.

Boat or no boat, that invitation to sail with us in New York still stands. And if we can't sail, we can drink beer.
