Bill, Did you ever find a source for these hinges? I'm in need of four hinges of this type.

I had a socket machined that attachs to the emergency tiller. Works like a charm. Cost to fabricate was astronomical for a seldom use tool. I'll loan out for a small fee.

Having the dimensions helped but the astronomical cost of $1100 comes from the single piece of bearing bronze stock and programing the machine to cut out the gudgeon. At least the machine shop now has the program data for future gudgeons.
