    Don’t know for sure about reaching the scupper (but would guess so) but I do know there is lots of open space up there. We have a pull down opening we use to store rolled charts. So if you make a hole you can convert the unused space to good use while you are at it.

    Repowering: Beta versus Yanmar

    We have a Vetus 42 HP. Smooth and quite. Kept the old Hurth transmission. Love it. Stands up well to Lake Superior conditions.
