So I've sold my Morgan 382 and the new owner didn't want the cover. It's a heavy canvas 3 piece cover with all metal framework that assembles and covers the entire topsides down to almost the waterline. Cost me almost 5K when it was made. How about $800 OBO

Long term update on the foam injection.....no problems whatsoever. No leaks or water problems, nothing oozing or strange drips, still stays colder longher better even in last week's tropical temps on L I Sound.
I've just recently moved Sweet Dreams to Noank Ct and was wondering if there are any Morgan meets planned? I have read about some in the past and was wondering if any one wants to meet up somewhere/sometime.
I have Kato Marine davits on my 79 382 and love them. I also purchased the cross brace and have my solar panel mounted there.I feel they work great and are a much better solution then dragging the dink around....fine for lake, bay or sound use however I would probably NOT stow it there for...
Correct, if you do this avoid over-foaming.Basically inject just enuff for it too oooze out adjacent holes.Remember, it continues to expand for a few minutes but this type will NOT build up excess pressure.Current update after about 1 month of use....couldn't be happier! Compressor run times are...
To answer the questions:
No, I did not drill into the bottom or spray foam there, believe it or not some still managed to ooze down there but was ok.There is little to none of "factory" foam in the sides so if you only drill far enough in to get thru the liner there's nothing to get damaged.No...
I just wanted to share with everyone an EASY way to insulate the icebox in 382's that I'm sure will work on newer models. We've all had the problem of inadequate insulation, compressor running too long when it's hot.The option of gutting the compartment to add insulation is major surgery and can...
I have noticed ever since I've owned my 382 that in warmer temps my "cold machine" runs a LOT. Leads me to believe that there is little or no insulation around the ice box bottom or sides. Does anyone have any info on this....is there any insulation and if not, how can it be added?Hope I don't...
Anyone ever consider putting together an "owner list"? It could show who we are, where we sail, and what we sail.Have seen this on other sites and it's kinda nice. Just a thought from "the new guy"....
Just wondering if anyone is going? Maybe we could meet, sit down, have a bite, exchange stories!Supposed to be a good show.....lets set something up!!!
My engine has been misbehaving1 It runs very well for two or
three hours, shows no sign of distress, but when you cut the
throtttle back quickly the engine stops. To start it again the
throttle has to be wide open. I have checked the whole system for
air leaks, put on new filters and so...
