Delaminated tabbing under head threshold

Based on our findings the Morgan recall repair team did attempt repairs on Pilgrim. The majority of the work they did was sub-standard.

I believe this layer of woven-roven cloth between the hull and the beam supporting the head pan under the threshold was part of their work.
